Warranty
Products sold on this website come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All goods purchased through Discount Taps have a limited 12 month parts replacement warranty against manufacturing defects.
Wear and tear or environmental factors such as but not limited to the cleaning of products with harsh or abrasive cleaning materials
are not considered manufacturing defects. Discount Taps will not be liable for postage costs relating to replacement products
unless prior written agreement has been made. Damages caused during transportation and theft will be subject to the cartage and insurance terms and conditions of Australia Post.
